Beans, 2 onions, bacon, rice would make banging beans and rice for like 10 meals. Probably enough cash leftover to buy like 2lb of chicken and some veggies to break up the monotony for the same price of what you got.

Including fridge?
This makes even less sense since you were already aware this was going to happen yet you didn't prep food in advance?
Even if surprise you could've made cold foods during the down time like sandwiches, chicken wraps, chips and dip, salads

How old are you? You can't be this retarded as an adult anon

Where is the staple food like rice? If you are having money trouble and trying to ration why are you buying precooked food like pickles? Buy basic ingredients like rice, flour, yeast, sugar, salt, pork , (and veggies if you can afford them.) For $15 USD I can buy enough flour and yeast to make bread for a month. Learn how to cook from scratch and you will not find yourself wanting.

What charade? It's a super easy, nutritious and filling meal. Cut up half the bacon, render it in a pot, scoop it out, chop up 1 onion and sautee in the bacon fat, add bacon back then add 2 cans of your beans of choice juice and all and let simmer for like 5-10 minutes. Serve with rice. Gives you like 5 meals. I was accounting for a double batch to use up the bacon efficiently.
