All fine cuisine is poverty food. The only difference is the quality of ingredients, the texture, sanitary practices, and that it's served on a dish and given a name.

I hate garlic. I hate the way it smells, even when it's roasted or cooked. It smells exactly like rotten garbage on a hot summer day to me.
It ruins everything it touches, I wish it wasn't so ubiquitous in food. I can tell if someone used one clove of garlic in a dish and I just can't eat it, it makes me wanna puke.

Disagree, French foods are at least 50% richfag dishes. Modern kitchens, recipes, cuisine, etc. are designed after the work of French cooks working for richfags.

They still have plenty of poorfag dishes, but a lot of popular French dishes were indeed for richfags only. Especially if you include pastries.

Fair enough, pastries are a reasonable point (sweets would also fall under this). I don’t think that that is the case for all cuisines though. Most well known (and derided) English food is lower class, same with American. French food installed itself at the top of the pyramid in many cultures, so the foods from those cultures are the poorfag ones as the rich ones are french.
