You don't even need to do any extreme physical activity, just moderate like swimming, walking, chores. Trust me. I used to be fat but lost all my excess weight just by learning to cook for myself and not eating the stuff served to me by the food industry. They just want to get you addicted to highly calorific sugary slop that makes them the most profit at the expense of your health.
For e.g.
- Instead of fries, bake a potato with skin on and find recipes that focus on seasoning to make it taste nice rather than covering it with highly calorific processed condiments. That potato can then form about 30-40% of the meal your eating. The rest can be protein and fresh vegetables.
- If you crave something sweet then try to choose fresh fruit with some nuts rather than cheesecakes, ice creams etc.
- Once in a while you might like a treat but don't buy the cookies with preservatives, additives etc. Make your own cookies with a few wholesome ingredients like butter, sugar, nuts. BUT don't eat those cookies every day. Eat them once a week/fortnight whatever. If you start gaining weight then reduce the frequency you eat them until your weight starts to come down.
