Currently drinking massive amounts of caffeine as a substitute for nicotine (fairly treats ADHD). How do I stop feeling so panicky though? Gives me the shimmies.

I mean, would could just not. You can legitimately kill yourself with caffeine, it’s not especially difficult, so it’s not something you should just be casually messing around with. Just go outside and pet a bird to calm down or something, then reevaluate your life choices.

Why drink caffeine when you can just do a line or a puff of crack? You must be fat.
