you're meant to have like, a bit more sauce for the pasta and the sauce seems like its overcooked so fats separated from the cream?
Try to make the sauce without fucking it up, then soak the pasta in a bowl with a lot of the sauce and lift the pasta to a plate and it should be better.

having small thing pieces of crumbled grana panado is fine but those cheesy pieces are too large
