I got this pack of chicken legs and want to use it for lunch next week. What can I make to last five meals that I can easily hear up in a microwave? I figured I'd take it off the bone.
>>21472225 (OP) don't take them off the bone. just rub them with olive oil and some seasoning and roast in the oven with some potatoes and other vegetables. if you feel like putting in a bit more effort, could make a pot of coq au vin.
>>21472225 (OP) I used to make a ton of arroz con pollo with frozen bags of drumsticks just like that. Tastes good, easy to make, easy to make in bulk, reheats good.

>>21472225 (OP) if you have a pressure cooker you could cook them that way, the meat will fall off the bone anyway. cook it in chicken (bone) broth and you have a base you can use for a lot of stuff. serve over rice, make soup with it, you can throw the chicken into other things like salads or into bread for sandwiches.
>>21474045 this most variety that way I do this tho >>21472239 because idc about how many different dishes I can potentially make I just want to have chicken ready to eat

>>21474045 >boiled chicken nah grill/smoke them and just reheat them over the week make a side like noodle salad for god tier combo i take them a little early off the grill so when they are reheated its not overcooked

>>21472225 (OP) Sesame oil is great, it's a finishing oil so don't use too much. A few drops of that and some hot sauce works wonders on fried chicken.
