Separate into fours and reassemble.

I’m guessing those aren’t spiced but I like adding marinated artichokes to salads and sometimes pasta. Seems weird that that can is almost half sunflower oil by weight

excellent on pizza
marinated in EVOO, oregano, and lemon juice
baked with cheese, mayo, and bread crumbs for dipping sloppa

Spinnach artichoke dip. Use a crockpot recipe.
Another good one is artichoke, goat cheese, and pest quesedilla.

Salad. Add tomato, onions and lemon juice. Salt and black pepper. I can eat that three meals every day.
