Nah, I can still eat beef. This shit is just too hard to get ahold of, so it's just a rare treat instead of a daily driver.

i've been having ground bison for some time and honestly, i don't really taste much of a difference between it and the cheapest ground beef. i only ever get it because when i go to the fancy grocer, they don't have the cheap ground beef.

When I was in 4th grade my class went on a field trip to a bison farm and we all ate burgers. In retrospect it's an odd activity for a school.

Bison aren't meant to be eaten.

The farmer got money for the visit, and somebody in your school system was related. But all things considered, getting to see bison and eat a tasty burger was a pretty decent field trip. (Do zoomers even know what field trips are?)

The best bison just doesn't even taste as good as plain grocery store beef. The only real pro to it is the mildly better nutritional portfolio.

I’d switch over to bison if it was cheaper than beef, it’s been fine when I’ve had it before

i tried some bison meat during covid because thats all they had in stock and got tired of eating canned slop
