I put it in my coffee (only thing that makes black coffee taste better), make a sauce, and if I have a cheap bottle of whisky I make 50/50 "irish cream". Works surprisingly well

Lactose intolerant doesn't mean they can't have it just that it can give you a bit of stomach pain or feel bloated etc because they can't break it down properly. I know plenty of lactose intolerant people who consume dairy anyways but not in huge amounts like drinking half a gallon of milk every day like I do
