>wax lyrical about mother nature, simplicity and removing the water content to intensity the flavour
>just put a shit-tonne of olive oil, salt and expensive ingredients that always taste good together but nobody can afford
>wa-la

Yeah how do I do that. I want to do that but I dont want to go to le cordon bleu, I live in the middle of nowhere. Do you guys have any good resources I could learn from. books for example, or if there are any courses any of you have taken.
I can cook well but I want to move on from following recipes and I want to work on some serious skills.

The food still looks nice. Maybe I am an insufferable faggot and thats why I am drawn to his cooking but to each their own.

Watch his videos from the past 5 years. They are authentic.
>b-b-but he's a knorr shill
No, he's a normal fucking human finally and realizes that the average cook isn't going to take 4 hours+ to make stock for a single meal. Real people use shortcuts that work just fine.

Depends if you're talking about Michelin Star Marco, or Home Cook Marco.
If the former, then >>21477040
If the latter, then >>21477103
His videos are actually really good and he explains things in a way that makes sense and is approachable for an average person. They can really elevate your home cooking.

Thanks anon I will allegedly do this
>>21477131
You guys are the best thank you
I will return at some point with one of his dishes, I like the way he roasts cherry tomatoes so I think I will try that first but I do want to get into actual Michelin star stuff at home.
If I do want to go the trained chef route do I need to speak french?

So what I will do Is I will study this book and try to master it, filling in the gaps with other books or videos where I can, and after a couple years I can get a job at my local french restaurant to learn further.
Thanks guys I love you all
