I'm in a dilemma.
Should I turned these sliced potatoes into homemade fries or turn them into mash potatoes?
If I turn them into mash potatoes I could use them to make a shepherd's pie (but for now I'm out of ground beef so I would have to get our to get some), or if I turn them into fries I could make a homemade poutine, but I don't have a fryer either so I would have to still get out to buy one. Only oven.

Holy fucking shit I love pan fried potatoes. Got a large sweet potato I chopped up as thin as I could, sprinkled a modest amount of rub on em, then just a little drizzle of chipotle mayo. All that for less than 250 calories tops.

Not in my country/province.
It's ground beef, corn and mash potatoes.

it's the same pie.
old time people weren't autistic about categorization, you were expected to substitute ingredients with whatever was local.
