a fellow health nut eh?
well if it makes you feel any better you can still stay lean and healthy while eating sugar cookies. I've come to realize this during my time as a competition bodybuilder when I was younger. Carbs and sugar are fine you mostly have to be careful around fat

I like mine with so many condiments that it gets all wet and sloppy. Here's one I had at O'Hare not too long ago (my phone's camera was fucked up)

take the cheese off, and add mayo, and it would be perfect.

that's backwards. I lost 100lbs by dropping the carbs and I eat all the fat I want.

It's difficult to take advice from someone who's retarded as you to get into that situation. Diets are, by and large, a mental illness

they have the best american cheese. ive tried every different brand, high end, it still doesn't matter mcdonalds still has the tastiest american cheese in existence. the iconic trademark flavor though 100% comes from the rehydrated onions which have a milder less strong onion flavor that compliments instead of overpowers. im saying that as someone who has mastered recreating mcdonalds at home. its the rehydrated onions. thats the secret.

Lots of chemicals and corporate-funded scientific research over the last 50 years. It was designed and refined to be cheap to produce and addictive to the consumer.

I pity you for spending your hard-earned money on that product which is bad for you and bad for the world. A Mcdonalds cheeseburger probably costs well over $2 now. I can't imagine paying current prices for something that contains less real food than it did back when it was appropriately priced at 69 cents. And that really wasn't that long ago.

Me too. 140. And it's the only diet that's worked that I don't feel the need to quit or change anything. I wish I could've gotten into it sooner but I just thought I couldn't live without my breads.

It's a copy and paste job. It's posted in many mcdonalds shill threads. Keep an eye out and you'll see it.

So you're a hypocrite. You go to the gym for health reasons and then shorten your lifespan and undo your hard word by eating absolute garbage.
Story doesn't check out.
You're fat and you don't go to the gym.
