There is fundamentally no reason to ever cook ramen broth from scratch, it's inefficient, takes too long, takes too much planning and overly expensive.
You literally get better results from just buying a shit ton of instant ramens and using their bouillons

At home, yeah. It's traditionally a food you only get from restaurants. Waste of effort to only make enough for a small amount of people.

If you have a pressure cooker it's quick and easy
