you can't really live off just one thing. potatoes or milk are good cheap staples though.

Well it may be cheap, but it sure isn't healthy. Unless you're going for the malnourished third-worlder that can't afford / get any meat. If eating that shit is your definition of living then you may as well just kill yourself now. Try to get the cheapest, cleanest, meats/fish/seafood, eggs, dairy, etc. you can and the cheapest fats like lard or maybe off-brand butter or fat trimmings from a butcher.

Harvest yourself some dandelions and spruce sprigs, in addition to your poverty diet, Anon. Learn some wild edibles.

It actually is potatoes, if you eat them with the skin. They're a near-complete food, they have every vitamin and mineral the human body needs to survive except for Vitamins D and K, both of which you can get with a little butter/cheese/milk.

mix wit egg to make pasta
mix wit butter and milk to made biscuits
mix wit yeast to make bread
mix wit lard or butter to make tortilla for beans
maybe flour dont count as healthy but i just use it to make my stomach not growl as i get my only real nutrients from the 1/10th of a pound of beef i can afford to eat a day
beef only healthy food in world

Chicken, rice, and broccoli. Would be healthier if it was fish, but wouldn't be cheap.

Provisions stolen from businesses and the gainfully employed. Then when they leave the area, just start a CHAZ garden (using plants stolen from Home Depot).
