>peanut butter >potatoes >rice and beans Well it may be cheap, but it sure isn't healthy. Unless you're going for the malnourished third-worlder that can't afford / get any meat. If eating that shit is your definition of living then you may as well just kill yourself now. Try to get the cheapest, cleanest, meats/fish/seafood, eggs, dairy, etc. you can and the cheapest fats like lard or maybe off-brand butter or fat trimmings from a butcher.

>>21481780 (OP) It actually is potatoes, if you eat them with the skin. They're a near-complete food, they have every vitamin and mineral the human body needs to survive except for Vitamins D and K, both of which you can get with a little butter/cheese/milk.

>>21481780 (OP) Chicken, rice, and broccoli. Would be healthier if it was fish, but wouldn't be cheap. >Muh carbohydrates! Millions of gymcels live off of this exact meal.
>>21481780 (OP) >What is the healthiest cheapest thing you can live off of? Provisions stolen from businesses and the gainfully employed. Then when they leave the area, just start a CHAZ garden (using plants stolen from Home Depot).
