I make oatmeal with beef or chicken stock and then I crack 2 or 3 eggs into it and stir it up on low heat for a minute or two. Eat with full fat yogurt and sliced tomato.

Stop being so fucking boring. You're so boring. I'm not just on about this post. Many of your other ones as well. It's excruciating at times when having to read your balsa wood posts. Why do you even come here? You seem the type who could be entertained for hours just staring at a wall.

How does one make good tasting oatmeal that isn't absurdly filled with sugar?

Not to sound like a brit but the dissapointment I experince everytime I crave oatmeal and end up with tasteless iron-y slop is immeasurable and day ruining

Sometimes I add pears if I'm feeling scandalous. Banana, honey and other sweeteners are WAY too fucking sweet.
Also can anyone else not taste or feel any difference between steelcut, rolled and quick? I just use the cheapest I can get.

The secret is frozen berries and milk. Milk gives it a creamier texture, berries once cooked leave all that sweet liquid that mixes with everything else. Try it.

shake it, put it in the fridge overnight and bam youre good to go the next morning

Coarse rye flour porridge mogs oatmeal. Porridge isn't just oats. The blandest of grains. Semolina is a close second worst.
Both sweet and savoury. Try putting some leftover bacon or salt pork in with extra salt and butter while cooking to really soak up the meat's flavour. It's better than it sounds. And of course better with rye.

Blueberries, bananna, walnuts and a small splash of milk. I used to add a little bit of dark brown sugar but realized with the fruit it was sweet enough.
