For me Clock Tower Pizza which is a pizza and burger place that paid tribute to the Delorean DMC 12 of the 80s and had owners that loved Clock Tower on SNES and Ps1.

I live in New Mexico and we have a pizza chain called Dions. Obliterates all other pizza I have ever tried. If for some reason you ever come to this cartel and human trafficking ring run shithole with endless corruption that has nothing going for it besides Dions, PLEASE try them.

It's not just pizza too they destroy the competition with. Their subs and salads are INSANE, their subs moreso. Genuinely delicious food for a crazy cheap price.

For me its my local pizza lounge. Not only is each slice baked to order in under 20min, its also a great hangout with a wine bar and plush seating. The elegant chandeliers and black-gold socialite club aesthetic elevate even a common food such as pizza to highfalutin fare as you are encouraged to eat it from a gold plate with matching silverware. Truly a gem of terrible business decisions in my town, I look forward to seeing its many pivots on the way to stagnation.
