Beans were half assed today. I usually add some kind of meat to them but this time it was just beef broth and seasoning
The rice was made with sauteed onions and garlic, chicken broth and seasoning

I’ve noticed recently it’s not as bad if I mix them with broth as a soup (compared to the same amount of beans undiluted), like maybe 80% fart reduction
