I'm going to Las Vegas in two weeks for work, what's worth trying? I'll be staying on the strip, will probably do some steak house or Italian one night since my boomer boss is paying, but I'm on my own the rest of the time. What's worth it and what's a tourist trap? Mostly want to stay on the strip area and do walking distance but I can be convinced otherwise if it's really special. Or anything worth getting delivered? Thx anons

I live about 90 miles from Vegas and I go a few times a year.
If you're going splurge on a steakhouse, PLEASE go to Primal. It's about 2 miles off the strip, but it's incredible. You'd pay probably double the price if it was on the strip. I went earlier this year and I can't stop talking about it. Order their bone marrow appetizer, and then get the Delmonico steak. Most of the buffets are a huge waste of money. Don't bother. Tried a bunch, and the biggest disappointment was the one at Caesar's for $80 a head.
Blueberry Hill is great for Breakfast.

Hwaro Korean BBQ is about a 10 min drive away from the strip. All you can eat for ~$30 a head. Nice selection of meats to include pork belly, beef, galbi, beef tongue, squid and other stuff. Would recommend bringing a second or a party of 3 since the servings are pretty large.
