While gorditas and chalupas aren't what they used to be, theyre still good. But what really is the better idea? Taco with flatbread, or taco with deep fried flour shell?
>>21484951 I loved the naked children chalupa. Has it really been eight fucking years?

>>21485000 dairy/cheeses are distilled fat lol, if you wanna not have fat you need to cut out not just carbs but also dairy. One drop of mayo, sour cream, cheese, etc is usually what skyrockets fast food shit to like 500 calorites
>>21485014 Rather have that then "tortillas/bread/taco", "rice" "beans" "potatos" and all that bready cheap trash. Just give me a steak or a filet of fish, a couple slices of cheese and some nuts and wash that all down with vitamin D milk and I'll be good.
>>21485028 52 years so far. Started eating like this back when Atkins was big.

>>21485014 More or less, if you take away cheese and sauce most fast food becomes a lot less caloric. But who wants to do that? Better to just have junk food as a treat and go all out, but eat at least semi healthy most of the time. I only eat fast food twice a week for my salt/grease cravings but usually it's fuckin chicken and vegetables, turkey sandwiches, soups/stews etc and berries for snacks

>>21484927 (OP) I hope taco bell gets sued again for false advertising. not once has a chalupa ever looked like that on this god forsaken earth
>>21484927 (OP) These threads are a cancer to /ck/. But I allow them to exist because if it makes you people eat more and die faster the world will be a better place.
