I ate a dozen fried chicken wings with marshmallow fluff and hot honey for breakfast. Lunch was a whole 14" sausage pizza. Dinner is going to be four 1/2lb bacon cheeseburgers with a milkshake, onion rings, cheese fries and a half a New York cheesecake.

mostly just winged it, i baked it covered with foil first then added the broccoli and green onions and cooked it uncovered the rest of the way. i also made sure the broccoli was submerged in the juices in the oven so it sucks up all that flavor.
