What's the biggest instant regret food you've eaten recently? I'm talking like the most heinous goops of pure slop that you immediately wish you hadn't eaten after finishing and probably ends up as vomit in toilet

I tried that whole snake juice fasting thing but I thought I could get away witb "eyeballing" the various sodium measurements. That's how I found out I had no idea what an actual tablespoon serving looks like. I must've given myself whole grams of salt and potassium salt and all kinds of shit. Speaking of shit, it shot out my asshole like a waterfall. I'm worried my body might still be fucked up from it to this day.

I recently made my patented Kraft Dinner Crunchy Cheeto dinner and it didn't give me the happiness it used to.

Sauerkraut

My brain liked it because it was stringy and tangy, but my gut did not. I felt bloated as fuck for an entire 8 hours. Fuck sauerkraut. Nope.

I ordered taco pizza for old time's sake but they added refried beans to it. It was good, but I'm not a fat fuck power eater anymore, so all the lettuce wilted and the whole thing was a soggy mess. It took me all damn day and night to eat it and I threw out all the sliced tomatoes on top. The crushed tortilla chips were stale and nasty by the end.
