I'm retarded but I gotta ask anyway. How do I adjust the power level of a microwave as well as it cooking on either high or low?

How do I convert microwave time? Like if I press 80 that means 80 seconds but if I press 120 that means 1 minute and 20 seconds which is also 80 seconds.

The power button. Some models have you press it before entering the cook time, others after. They usually go on a scale of 1 to 10 and you put in a number on the keypad after hitting the power button. Some might instead require you to hit the power button a number of times like >>21486119

If you search your microwave’s name and model online you can probably find a manual for it.
