My Scottish friend moved to Australia 20 years ago but still has outbursts because Australia doesn't support his tastes or his mental health. Recently when he has been getting uppity I've been resorting to hard cheddars, Red Leicester and sweetener-free pickled onions. I'm afraid that one day my friend will become too brain damaged due to alcoholism and that the Flippinino nurse won't be able to follow this simple and culturally sensitive protocol.
