It's like that one genre of music that's meant for musicians. To the layman it sounds like absolute shit, but with music theory knowledge there are some people that pretend to like it because they're in on the secret. That genre is pure math for music and this culinary art is pure chemistry for cooking: The main issue for both is the lack of soul.
