We are no longer being sold food. Instead we are being sold complete dogshit goyslop bullshit. Frozen food companies are finding more and more ways to jew the customer.

with clever advertising on each package and clever packaging sizes; instead of selling us food they are finding ways to sell us packaging.

How do we stop this abuse

Just buy real food and learn to make meals with them. A box of Kraft mac and cheese contains like 75 un-pronouncable bullshit ingredients. A bag of split red lentils contains split red lentils. A thing of ground beef contains ground beef, and maybe salt.
If you're worried about da joos selling you göyslöp then simply don't buy any premade nonsense. Make your own nuggies, make your own pizza, make your own soup, and just liberate yourself from this self-made anxiety prison you find yourself in.
If you're so far gone as to think "what are they doing to the eggs?" or "does this flour have glyphosate traces?" then you probably can't be helped, otherwise just stop eating crap muchacho

That sounds like a you problem. Yesterday, I bought
• 1lb of gat mustard greens
• 3lbs of spinach
• 2lbs of yu choy
• 1,5lbs of crimini/baby bella mushrooms
• 1lb of strawberries
• a 2lb pink pineapple
• a sack of limes
• 2pts of organic grape tomatoes
• 2lbs of live organic mussels (that I'm about to cook)
• a gallon of whole milk
• a few packaged foods
The packaged food is most certainly slop (4pks of mac and cheese for 17¢ each, 5 prebiotic sodas for 20¢ each, a packet of LiteLife soy crumbles, frozen leek-and-tofu bao, tomato-beef instant noodles) but the produce, seafood and dairy are not. Buy whole foods and you won't have to worry about this "abuse" that you're paying "them" for the privilege of having done to you.
We'll be getting more food on Saturday, likely seafood. I'm hoping red chili will still be on sale because we both forgot to buy any yesterday and I'm using up the last bit today for the mussels

My mom doesn't let me cook because I nearly set the house on fire making eggs. Yes I still live with my mom don't judge me.
