what does the frozen aisle having caution tape over it have to do with blanching broccoli

You can keep black-ass bananas in the freezer to save them up and eventually make banana bread.

lol, you need to explain this. You regularly purchase FROZEN broccoli yet you couldn't access it.
So you instead buy fresh, and then instead of using it for the recipe you want, you turn it into the frozen broccoli you couldn't buy?

Dude.
Just buy fresh broccoli and cook the thinks you were buying frozen for. NOTHING is better with frozen broccoli. You saved money but you will just return to buying frozen again. WTF is wrong with you?????????????????

Does frozen broccoli lose its nutritional value? I want to heat ealthier but it's not always easy to get the fresh stuff.

frozen broccoli is actually better for you than fresh broccoli a lot of the time because broccoli loses nutritional content over time after it's picked, but freezing it locks it in. There are some veggies that are better frozen and some better fresh.

A little, but so does "fresh" broccoli.

Bullshit. No perceived "nutritional content" is worth the awful texture of frozen vegetables. I'd rather enjoy the food and maybe pick up those "lost nutrients" elsewhere.

It's implying that because of a registration outage he had to replace his usual frozen veg with trying a different technique on a fresh veg.

Nice lol, if anything thatโ€™s probably better warmed up than the Aldi frozen broc, which I didnโ€™t really like.
