Ok so I was gifted a large amount Buldak Carbonara recently from a family member and I need some help making these edible

I tried making it as instructed, only retaining a tiny bit of water and making a thick sauce with both packets. It was disgustingly sweet to the point that I couldn't finish it. Same with just some of the cheese packet, I'm just going to throw them out.

Without the packet the flavor is ok, but the spice is out of control. It's barely edible and burns my mouth for a good 20 minutes after I finish the bowl. Using less sauce makes the noodles bland as hell.

How do I eat this shit? What do I add to cut the spice without watering the whole thing down? Would dropping an egg in with the sauce work?

Honestly I love them. The ramen noodles are the best dry ones on the market imo.
I get them for 8 canuck bucks, it's expensive for ramen but only like double the price of sous-vide udon, which is double regular dry ramen.
And the flavors? They're not all available here...
Curry is mediocre.
Kimchi... it's far from the best ramen I've had of that flavor.
Carbo and cream carbo are good.
I wouldn't buy cheese or 4 cheeses again, but if it was free I'd happily eat it.
2x spicy WILL make your white ass cry. I don't care if you use sriracha like ketchup. You have to be at least a little of a masochist to enjoy pointlessly spicy-hot food but double buldak? Freaky enough that I wouldn't be surprised if that guy enjoyed ballbusting.
Regular buldak is white guy hot, might might a white chick cry tier.
Overall 8/10 but I'm pretty biased.

Only go for the 2x if you eat actually spicy food (Mexican, Thai, Indian, etc.) the way natives eat it regularly. It really is very hot. All the others are fine unless you're a pussy. Normal and carbonara are best. The black bean paste ones are okay as well.

Just put them in the bin, or eat the noodles themselves. The flavours are absolutely nasty, cheap bottom shelf instant noodles blow them out of the water. Everything either tastes artificially sweetened or like "fake cheese" vomit flavour

My only problem with Buldak is it makes my lips fucking sting really bad that it hurts. No idea why, spice is fine in my mouth, lips though? They're fucking burning that it's hard to enjoy when I'm forced to guzzle bottles of water.
