2) Wheat
-Various flours
3) Chickens
-Chicken
-Eggs

Huge variety with only 3 specific foods. If you don't allow the live animal forms as specific foods, then just remove the meats and you still get a large variety that's nutritionally complete.

I obviously thought of that and decided organ meats would be acceptable in the spirit of reducing the number of specific foods. If it's really a concern for you, we can swap wheat for potatoes and sacrifice some flavor variety from baked goods.

-Chicken, potato, lentil, cabbage, carrot, onion, celery, garlic, peas

Side meals/snacks
-Almonds, eggs, sardines, skim milk, spinach

Literally covers 99% of shit, good fats, vitamins, minerals, and you won't become a fat fuck
