what's the minimum number of specific foods with maximum taste and dish/meal potential that cover all macro and micro nutrient requirements and won't turn you into a fat ass

Huge variety with only 3 specific foods. If you don't allow the live animal forms as specific foods, then just remove the meats and you still get a large variety that's nutritionally complete.
>>21490966 I obviously thought of that and decided organ meats would be acceptable in the spirit of reducing the number of specific foods. If it's really a concern for you, we can swap wheat for potatoes and sacrifice some flavor variety from baked goods.
