They look awesome, but in reality you end up with stuffing separately, cooked peppers separately, either of them pretty good but not gaining anything by the combination.
>>21491087 >>21491101 Fuck yeah stuffed peppers are great. I use them in cheese steak sammiches, meatloaf, chili, pasta sauces, in salsa and mexican dishes or sometimes Ill just slice them up and eat them fresh
>>21490961 (OP) Green bell peppers are amazing and refreshing and crunchy and filling with meat. Remember how I've asked to honor the green bell pepper a few months ago and no one thought it was necessary? Now you see how underrated they are. They must be defended against brutes like OP.

>>21490961 (OP) These little cunts probably go in over half of my meals, stir fries, pasta sauces, kebabs, omelettes, salads, whatever. Fucking love capsicum, shame they're so expensive here, gonna try growing my own this year.
If you've never had a shrimp alfredo with red bell peppers and mushrooms, you've never had it elevated to what it truly can be. Pic semi-related, needs to be creamier.
>>21490961 (OP) Peppers are a perfect vehicle for other foods, as everyone in this thread has already told you. I like to take raw ones and cut them up into spoon-like chips to scoop up chili.
There was a place I used to go to that did a beef pizzaiola with peppers. Red wine sauce. Great stuff, wish they hadn't closed down but that's the fate of all old local places eventually I guess.
>>21492998 >but that's the fate of all old local places eventually I guess. Especially when you lock down most of the world for two years in order to fail to prevent old fat people from dying to a flu.
>>21491111 >but in reality you end up with stuffing separately, cooked peppers separately are you talking about... eating it? are you disabled or something? what a waste of digits...
>>21490961 (OP) roasted/sauteed bell peppers make one of the easiest, cheapest, and most visually pleasing sides

>>21490961 (OP) Green ones are great in tomato sauce, red ones are pretty good also in like burritos orange ones kind of remind me of a tomato but not really and yellows are gud in like, when you make squash n sheit. Nect time you make tomato sauce throw some grated green pepper in there just a quarter of one itll be good trust me.
