For me it‘s Veuve Olivier & Fils Perle de Lumiere Brut. What do you recomend, anons? What food pairings, to which Champagne?

Champagne is the only wine to go with everything

But obviously foie gras is the best

Or cheese puff pastries

I buy a couple random overly marked up bottles of champagne from the nearest liquor store the day before new years, and that's it

Whatever the cheap stuff that goes into mimosas and gets me drunk at brunch
