Most likely they've reduced the cream since the initial release, so they're not likely "double stuffed" anymore. They're just stuffed more than regular.

This is a cheap shill thread but the blueberry pie flavor is actually legit. It might be the best non standard flavor they have ever made. I was shocked at how much it tasted like the real thing. I took a picture and was going to make a thread about them but forgot.
