Very few things beat a good chicken alfredo

As a kid I really liked making seasoned beef patties with sides of rice and corn.

Nowadays I’m really into quesadillas, although often without cheese. I bet a gyoza filling quesadilla would be really good

Thats basically what arayes is.
The ones in youtube shorts and videos are all really thick and filled up, and cooked a specific way. But the type my mom used to make for me when I was a kid was more like picrel. Thin, using a thinner pita, similar to a quesadilla.

I tend to put more of the kimchi juice and less of the leaves in, omit the sugar.
