This is my first time grilling burgers, how'd I do?

1lb of ground beef + egg, 2 egg French Toast, 1 slice of swiss.

+ random basic seasonings.

I used 20% grass fed ground beef, was pretty soft even with adding an egg, I might try tossing in some almond flour or something to get it more solid next time. I could try powdered peanut butter, but I'm not sure how that would taste...

I use 80/20 sometimes as well, but that is a bit fatty for grilling burgers as a starter IMO. Try 85/15 next time, they hold shape better, shrink less, and produce less flare up on the grill
