What is this obsession with "ICE COLD" drinks?
Have so many people been brainwashed by marketing to think the colder the better?
Cold dulls flavour, it hides mediocre drinks. It's literal corporate cultural programming to sell worse drinks.

I'm not sure which beverage you're going to argue taste better warmer, lol. They warm up fast enough once you take them out of the cooler and open them, so wouldn't you want them to be as cold as possible when you purchase them to travel? Wouldn't you want your stein of lager to be as cold as possible before it is delivered to your table?
What will you argue for next, cooler coffee? Shit, man. Nothing lasts long. You don't want some white wines to be "ice cold", but with most cool drinks, especially in warmer climates and seasons, it's an understandably big selling point.
You're just a fucking moron.

Well, you're going to have to just wait a minute then, mr autism. Because that's no excuse to set the coolers to 45 degrees. Your personal, subjective opinion seem to be quite contrarian to the rest of the world who likes drinks to approach freezing, at least when you first get them. Again, you don't have to use the beer cozy or set your drink on the ice bar or add cubes of ice if you don't want to. You can just wait 45 seconds for the temperature of the room to make it merely 'cool' for your sensitive faggotty teeth.
I bet the teeth and the britishness factors in here too. No wonder you feel this way. lol

The world won't be changing to accommodate your strange warm soda fetish.

america probably has more humidity on average, a lot of the land in eu at the same latitudes is mountainous or urban desert. the western part of the usa is still heavily forested, cut off by mountains that then turn into continent wide plains, sandwhiched between another mountain range with rivers and swamps on the eastern side. the entire usa is more or less cut in half by a giant river as well.

Have you ever had American or Australian beers? They are very thin and have no flavour while being much more fizzy than European ones. Some felt closer to cheap dry sparkling wine than beer. Cooling those down to almost freezing point fits the style much better than heavier bodied European beers.
Then there's also the general favour of Americans to cool down all types of drinks which isn't as common in Europe where especially in all the beer nations fridge temperature around 4-8°c is considered already pretty cold and especially during winter and late autumn cellar temperature between 12-16°c.

dont forget that ice in the glass = less drink = higher margins
people always act like im the weirdo for not wanting ice but if im not going to drink it before it warms up then why bother to begin with? youre asking for less product if you get ice!
only acceptable reason for ice is for rapid cooling or a glass of water where ice wont just dilute the flavor
