same breh. steak went from the treat yourself every other week kind of purchase, to the special occasion purchase, to the haha i'd rather spend my $40 on X purchase. i bought myself a steak for the first time in maybe close to year on my birthday. and even then it didn't feel like i got my monies worth (like the quality of beef got worse despite buying same premium badged cuts i used to buy). nowadays i feed my beef cravings with a bi-weekly beef yakisoba at the mall. $10 and a fuck huge portion with lots of meat.
