That may be past its prime, does it smell different than usual? Looks dry as well.

That's geo mold which is said mold the cheese was inoculated with
Peen it off if you dont eat a bloomy rind but its all safe to eat
If you do peen it off save the rind in case you want to make cheese in the future because thats a free starter
