That's geo mold which is said mold the cheese was inoculated with
Peen it off if you dont eat a bloomy rind but its all safe to eat
If you do peen it off save the rind in case you want to make cheese in the future because thats a free starter

i tried both brie and gruyere for the first time recently, disliked both, fooled by /ck/ again
