Pierre Joubert was probably one of the most prolific boy artists since his biggest client was the French equivalent of the boy scouts, and he had contemporaries who did similar work like Michel Gourlier and René Follet.

Also try getting into Euro/BD comics. Some of the most gorgeous boys I've ever seen were found in boys' adventure comics. Best part is that BD boys are drawn to look like boys, not "girl, call it a boy" like in a lot of anime.
