Don't let them get you down, drawing humans in complicated poses is hard, and I respect posting your art even if it isn't professional! Anyways, I'd say the main problems (imo) have to do with the stiffness, proportion, and the general 3D construction of the work. The stiffness can be solved with gesture drawing, still lifes are good for practicing proportion, and a class like Drawabox can be good for 3D Construction. Basically, just practice your fundies and remember to keep drawing.
