You hit it right. Anaxa just feels like something we have seen before and its just whatever with no counterbalance. I feel Aglaea is supposed to be his counter but it just isn't working, he just kinda, comes to a conclusion even people without spoilers figured out. Ratio had Screwllum to ballance him out when he came out too.
I pretty much agree with your list too. I would put Phainon and Hyacine off to the side though until their patch. Phainon will either be great pay off, because his doing nothing is clearly eating at him and we all can see he is going to snap. If it is done well then good, if not we can just have his Flame Reaver self rail Mydei I suppose. Phainon does have a huge potential to flop hard though if the payoff isn't at least decent. Interested in seeing his kit too, it sounds all over the place right now.
