Do I think he should post a Tokiyuki himself when he does it? Yes. But whether or not he does, it's a complete non-issue and doesn't warrant this reaction.
This also isn't the only bitching people have done about Tokiyuki in these threads. So this really just comes across as an excuse to complain about a boy you apparenly don't like. Or explicitly hate, if you're that anon.
