I wasn't entirely sold on the Still You one because of them being aged up (shota x shota romance never ever). But I'll still gladly vote for highschooler BL over that plague.

I wanted to read everything before voting, and these are my thoughts:
>Into the Dark
Generic edgy Fujimoto-like slop. Matsui wasn't lying when he said in another contest that newbies today only make Chainsaw Man clones. One of the shotas even dies horribly, making this a bad manga to me.
>Boys Run the Riot
Literal tranny propaganda drawn by a tranny. I wouldn't be surprised if a twitter cabal spams votes to make this oneshot win only for it to flop in views and sales because nobody reads tranny shit.
>To Dusk and Twilight
Generic romcom between a jaded man and a quirky girl. Pass.
>KIKIKAIKAI
Generic exorcist slop with unlikable characters and awful action sequences. Nope.
>Protocol Ryugu
This one has potential to be really good. A war between two subspecies of humans that evolved in completely different ways sounds interesting, and deep sea monsters always are cool. I hope that if this one wins the author gets to explain in detail how their biology and technology works.
>The Graveyard Shift
The thumbnail is completely misleading. I thought it was going to be about skeleton warriors, but it's just a gag manga about an ancient ghost and a wagie robot from the future.
>PROJECT METALLIA
This one is cool too, like an American action movie. I think it's fit for a short serialization with no more than 60 chapters.
>The Knight of Blasphemy
Holy fujobait, literally. The plot is nothing special, but I can see this gaining lots of votes just for the art and the boys. The protagonist even looks like an older Tanjiro, and with the new KnY movie breaking records it may help the manga to get more votes.
>Godmother
The art is beautiful and cool, but honestly I didn't find the story very interesting (grandma kidnaps her granddaughter to train her as a ghost caretaker).
>Fasciation
This one has potential too if it doesn't go full battle shonen and focuses on the two girls traveling through the new old world and trying to survive encounters with monsters and humans.

>The Journey of a Dark Elf with Fading Powers
This is just Frieren with a genki MC instead of a gloomy one and with more blatant yuribait. "Enough with This Slow Life!" is a better manga about a (male) elf with long life wandering around the world.
>Is My Love Strange?
This is a story about two furfags dressed in the kind of pretty art that you could find on tumblr 15 years ago, and from its story alone I can't imagine it lasting more than 10 chapters.
>GOUMA The Blade that Slaughters Gods
More exorcist slop, now with characters that look like JJK background characters with Skyrim mods on top of them.

This is another manga with an interesting premise that should keep a low chapter count to avoid dragging the story.

I like the art and the thriller premise doesn't sound bad, but I mecha is one of the genres that immediately bore me.

It's a generic yaoi romcom, but I think I would read a serialization if there was a bigger focus on the characters when they were kids and the issues and experiences they had before and after that first kiss.

IMO Fasciation is the best one shot in general, followed by Protocol Ryugu and The Knight of Blasphemy.

It's in top 5 currently, and it seems to be either 1st or 2nd, so hopefully it stays that way until November

It's a sequel to a story about a FtM tranny, which makes it unique compared to the other oneshots which are self-contained stories (like Still You) or narrated as the first chapter of a serialization.

I find funny that Still You falls to 2nd place after Godmother (love the art style, but I'm tired of stories about normal teen girls being forced to deal with spooks) during euro hours, but immediately recovers the first place as soon as americans wake up.
Also Knight of BL-ASS-phemy overtook discount Frieren and is now in 3rd place.
