Yes, unfortunately the rallies were not large. In Omsk only 50 people came out, but in Novosibirsk things were better, and even Boris Nadezhdin (former candidate for the Russian presidency) came there to speak out against the blocking of Telegram and WhatsApp, as well as the mandatory pre-installation of the pro-government Russian messenger MAKS. At the rally in Novosibirsk there were even white-blue-white flags, for which we are imprisoned (surprisingly, no one was imprisoned). For the US, the rallies may seem small and insignificant, but at the moment any internal resistance is important for the Russian Federation, of which we unfortunately have little at the moment.
