The target audience has gotten younger since most kids play video games. Fosters and PPG can appeal to a broader crowd than Billy and Manny and KND.

They are literally incapable of understanding things outside of dollar signs, and even then they're pretty bad because monetary value is influenced by intangible stuff like brand recognition or public perception.
