Ok, I see it as just another example of toon logic. If you put something in your mouth that's a bit too big, your cheeks bulge out a little. If a toon puts something in their mouth that's too big, their head takes the shape of the object. It's exaggeration and nothing more. Sure it's not biologically possible, but it follows the rules. Mpreg isn't biologically possible (unless stated within the rules) and doesn't follow the rules and you shouldn't accept it if it just pops up for no fucking good reason!
Take Cosmo for example, Cosmo had the baby because male Fairies have the babies in the FoP universe. It's natural for them, it follows the rules of that universe.
But lets say Danny Fenton, not Phantom, had Dash's rape baby. Ghosts are weird, Box Lunch was born a ghost, technically neverborne. So if ghosts can have kids (the process being unknown) it might be possible for two male ghost to somehow combine their essence to make another ghost kid. So Phantom could possibly have some kinda ghost baby (probably not Mpreg though), but Fenton? No, not possible, fuck that shit, cause that doesn't happen. Not within the rules.
It breaks the immersion and its just fetish shit at that point. There has to be a reason for it that fits within universe otherwise it's shit. It doesn't even have to be a good one, but it needs to be there.
