It's a visually and technically stunning movie. Even if you know nothing about the CG process, you can still get that having a good-looking character made of fire and water is infinitely harder in 3D than 2D.

But it's still a romcom that costs $200+ mil to make and that's like, the antithesis of that genre. Whole point is that they're dirt cheap to make.

It was a good movie. I like romance movies, and the character designs are definitely more appealing than beanmouth Luca and Elio.
