>>149041518>>149041622Can't talk about One Bad Day: Two-Face because of some people throw a shitfit every time the writer is brought up.
>>149041583>It was better than most of Babs's runsNo it was not. I'm not going to knock you for liking it because that's a personal opinion.
>>149042016I call bullshit on that. One of DC's most popular and best-selling writers, an, at that time, 25 year veteran of the industry who was basically getting carte blanche from editorial to revamp characters left and right, introduces the biological child of DC's most popular and best-selling superhero knowing that not only is his fanbase going to eat it up but also that he's going to be on the title for years with said kid deeply woven into the plotting and characterization of his run, and then tries to pretend that he really intended for the kid to die a couple of issues after he appeared the moment he starts getting pushback from fans. There is no way that Morrison ever intended anything other than Damian being the new Robin from there out. Now, did he have a plan to write Damian out if the reaction from readers was "what the fuck is this edgelord Shadow the Hedgehog OC bullshit and how soon will he stop shitting up Batman comics?" Probably. Did he always intend to kill Damian at the end of his run? Maybe, but he'd do so knowing that DC would turn around and bring him back because you don't permanently shelve a high-profile character that just wrapped up 6 years of a highly prominent position within your most popular franchise.
