Why is no one interested in creating animation that doesn't censor blood, death, nudity, firearms, alcohol, drugs, realistic violence (or at least violence as realistic as that of the average PG-13 superhero movie, rather than completely realistic violence), or mild swearing yet is still intended to be kid friendly?

There are some anime/french cartoons that have uncensored "adult stuff" yet are obviously made for children. A lot of shonen have death, blood, nudity, firearms for example.
