Most stuff that aired towards the end of the decade, I feel like that's what held up the best. Rescue Rangers, Garfield and Friends, Beetlejuice, the New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, and the first season of TMNT all immediately come to mind. Ducktales was pretty impressive for the time but man it was a real hit or miss when it came to how good the episodes were.

Shoutout to the Nintendo cartoons for being so fucking cheesy they provided us with things to laugh at for decades.

My thing with nintendo is that they remind me that they are an evil corporation at every turn. But I love their games even though I hate both their practices and their fans.

There were too many well made shows to really pick a legit favorite.
Probably was Centurions.
Runner ups likely Starcom and Inhumanoids.
