Yep, CN/AS the channel are a part of the spinoff company with the other cable channels, while Cartoon Network Studios/Williams Street as production studios are a part of the WB movie studio, television and streaming half of the split.

Boomerang wasn’t on their chart of channels being kept, potentially that one might die because it can’t work if they don’t have a feee library to take off of. Might become the new CN or simply be abandoned channel space
