To tie into this thread, you can tell the Megabyte truck was designed to make it easier for the modellers. Basically just grafting the Megabyte head, alterit a bit, and graft it onto a truck model.

Ambition mainly. hey weren't necessarily trying to look uglier, they were just trying to do more(more human models, more detailed enviroments, more detailed designs) and just couldn't pull it off.

Brendan McCarthey was the one who conceived of the whole Bob getting lost in the web plot. He had a pitch and concepts written out about a whole spinoff about it but it got truncated into the arc we see in the show. It would have had him survive using a zoom room from season 4, web creatures building cities from data from gamecube, and an illuminati cult who ran the web from behind the scenes that would have been hinted at through hidden symbols messages hidden in the show for foreshadow. All his crew were actual characters and some were cut.

You get to see all their workstations and how they made everything and all the shit they had to go through and how they worked from strip clubs. Which explains all the women in this show. I can see why it wasn't picked up. The models are "fine" for the time but the general feel looks incredibly basic and ugly. The 2012 show did a whole lot better with CG with the stylization and animation.

He got weird about killing people when he found Bob again though. It was like he wa fine with being that way until he met Bob again and it reminded him of who he used to be. And the he didn't kill Megabyte as an end to that arc. And I think that was right before?

One thing I know I'm right about is the documentary said andeaia barely wore any clothes and bigger but they had to tone her down and her killing that bitch with her fingernails was the coolest shit I've ever seen.

It's interesting to see that those weird winged things were originally supposed to be web creatures/degraded binomes, since the only time we see them in the finished product was in the system with internet ports. It's either a simple case of concept repurposing, or some benign web beings manged to leak out of the web and migrate to the port system.

While I'd obviously like a full release of the remastered stuff, there's some specific things I hope get released over others:
- Multiple season 1 episodes had their bgms changed, for the worse, for the previous dvd releases. the only original versions available that i'm aware of are the ytv tv rips.
- the two ridefilms, with are partial lost media as far as public access is concerned
